学生会是学生自我管理、自我教育、自我服务的组织，是学校与学生之间沟通的桥梁，是学校教育的重要力量。建立健全学生会组织，不管是在全面提升学生能力，还是协助学校管理工作方面，都具有非常重要的意义。

Student Union is an organization for students to manage, educate and serve themselves. It is the bridge for communication between the school and students, and also plays an important role in school education. The establishment of Student Union is of great significance in terms of comprehensively improving students' self-management, leadership and the school management.

因此在这新学年来临之际，经过学生处的精心筹备，苏州外国语相城校区高中部全体师生秉承着“全纳、全人”的宗旨，在多功能教室开展了第一届学生会选举大会！

Therefore, carrying forward the school motto “Inclusive ＆ Holistic”, the First Student Union Election of SCFLS senior high school was held in the multifunctional room after the careful preparation of the Student Office at the beginning of the new school year.

会议由周丽菁、金恺秋老师主持，出席本次选举大会的评委嘉宾有：学习处主任方周迎女士; 学生处副主任陆一女士; 英语处主任助理沈紫烟女士；戏剧老师Dustin，英语老师Phoebe。

The event was host by Shirley Zhou and Connor Jin. Judges present at this event were: Learning Office Director Ms. Jessica Fang, Student Office Deputy Director Ms. Elaine Lu, English Office Assistant Director Ms. Cynthia Shen, Drama Teacher Mr. Block, and English Literature Teacher Ms. Phoebe.

学生会部门职责概览：

Job Descriptions of Student Union Departments

纪检部：主要负责督查学生会各部门的值班纪律和考勤情况，保证学生会工作有序进行。

Discipline Inspection Department: Is responsible for supervising the discipline and attendance of all Student Union departments to ensure the work could be carried out in an orderly fashion.

艺体部：主要负责承办与组织各类大型晚会和文艺活动，以激发和培养同学们广泛的兴趣爱好，将欢声笑语注入点线之间的学习生活。

Arts and Sports Department: Is responsible for holding and organizing all kinds of major evening events and other related activities, so as to inspire and cultivate students’ hobbies, and to bring happiness into the school life.

宣传部：主要负责海报、Logo的设计与制作、摄影摄像、活动执行，及时将同学生活中趣事、获奖情况、学院动态进行报道。

Publicity Department: Is responsible for designing and making posters and Logo, taking photos, and making timely report on students’ life, awards, and events.

外联部：主要负责组织志愿者开展一系列社会实践，包括商业对接、公益活动、爱心帮扶等，加强与校外组织的联系与对接。

Public Relations Department: Is responsible for organizing volunteers to carry out series of CAS activities, including business communicating, charity events, caring events and etc., so as to enhance the connection between the school and organizations outside the school.

秘书处：主要负责学生会的通知传达、资料管理、财务管理、会议考勤以及内部协调等工作。

Secretary Department: Is responsible for conveying notifications, managing files and finances, checking attendance and coordinating within the Student Union.

社团部：社团是学生时代的我们最有“可能性”的地方，掌握各个社团，玩转各个社团，为社团解决问题，帮助社团与学校、老师沟通，以及为社团活动展示提供平台和福利。

Club Association Club: Club is the place where can allow possibilities for all students. Manage all clubs, solve problems for the clubs, help the clubs to communicate with the school and teachers, and provide platform and welfare for showcasing all club activities.
