Tina Tao , Learning Centre Deputy Director

国家心理咨询师，2014年赴加拿大进修，八年国际学校教学经验，曾获得国家微视频大奖赛“二等奖”、“三等奖”，在省级期刊多次发表教学论文，多次评为“优秀教师”、“优秀教育工作者”、“生本奖”等荣誉称号，曾获得教师基本功大赛“一等奖”、评优课“一等奖”等。从事教育工作以来，主张生活化课堂和快乐课堂，只有回归生活的教学才能促进孩子多元发展。

Tina Tao, National Psychological Consultant, went to Canada for further study in 2014. She has eight-years’ teaching experience in international schools. She has won the second and third prizes of the National Micro-video Grand Prix. She has published many teaching papers in provincial journals and has been awarded honorary titles such as "Excellent Teacher", "Excellent Educator" and "Student-based Prize". She has won the first prize in the Teachers' Basic Skills Competition and the first prize in the evaluation of excellent courses. Since she was engaged in education, Tina Tao has been advocating life-oriented and engaging class. She believes that only returning to life can teaching promote children's diversified development.

陈  晖  小学部英语教师

Jacqueline Chen , Primary School English Teacher

IELTS7分，持有小学英语教师资格证、以及高级口译和剑桥大学认证的TKT(Teaching Knowledge Test)证书，8年少儿英语教学经验，家庭教育高级指导师。曾多次获得“教师之星”、优秀教师称号。曾多次辅导学生参加剑桥考试（YLE/KET）、各类英语竞赛等，并取得优异成绩。上课充满激情，课堂氛围活跃，善于探究式教学。尊重孩子，相信孩子内在生长力。

Jacqueline Chen, Primary School English Teacher, achieved band 7 in IELTS and holds primary school English teacher qualification certificate, TKT (Teaching Knowledge Test) certificate certified Cambridge University and advanced interpreter certificate. She has eight-years’ experience in children's English teaching. She is senior tutor of family education. She has been awarded the title of "Teacher's Star" and "Excellent Teacher" many times. She has tutored students to take the Cambridge Examination (YLE/KET) and various English competitions for many times, and achieved excellent results. Her class is full of passion. The class atmosphere is active. She is good at inquiring teaching. She respects kids and believes in their inner growth.

谢晓丽  小学部数学教师

Julie Xie,  Math Teacher in Primary School

毕业于北京师范大学小学教育专业。在国际学校工作8年，有着多版本的循环教学经验，2016年曾赴加拿大进修。获得国家微视频大奖赛“二等奖”、“三等奖”，在省级期刊多次发表教学论文，多次被评为 “学科拔尖人才”、“教学能手”、 “优秀教师”等荣誉称号。从教二十多年，主张多元思维教学，喜欢让学生说理，因为说理是思维的延伸，能够开启学生无限的意识，让他们在学习的路上走得更远。

Julie Xie, the senior teacher in primary school, graduated from Beijing Normal University. She has been working in international schools for 8 years and she has many versions of cyclic teaching experience and went to Canada for further study in 2016. She has won the second and third prizes of the National Micro-video Grand Prix. She has published many teaching papers in provincial journals and has been awarded honorary titles such as "Top Talents in Discipline", "Teaching Experts" and "Excellent Teachers". Since teaching for more than 20 years, she advocates multi-thinking teaching, and likes to let students reason, because reasoning is the extension of thinking, which can open up students' infinite consciousness and make them go further on the road of learning.

汪子琦  小学部音乐教师

Ziki Wang , Music Teacher in Primary School

毕业于江南大学——国家“双一流”、“211工程”院校，音乐学师范专业。2011年，曾代表学校远赴美丽的韩国济州岛参加“华乐之韵”第二届国际二胡大赛，获得青年组金奖和团体金奖。

Ziki Wang graduated from Jiangnan University, a national "double first-class" and "211 engineering" college and majored in music pedagogy. In 2011, she traveled to the beautiful Jeju Island of Korea on behalf of the school to participate in the second International Erhu Competition of "Rhyme of Chinese Music", and won the Youth Group Gold Prize and Group Gold Prize.

刘忠义  小学部语文教师

Jesson Liu , Chinese Teacher in Primary School

12年教学工作经验，一直在一线语文教学岗位上探索，多次获得“优秀教师”、“优秀班主任”等称号，始终坚持“学高为师，身正为范”，始终坚信“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来”。

Jesson Liu has 12-years’ teaching experience and has been exploring in front-line Chinese teaching posts. He has won many titles such as "Excellent Teacher" and "Excellent Homeroom Teacher". He has always adhered to the principle of "learning high as a teacher and being a model". He has always firmly believed that "The edge of a sword comes from sharpening and the fragrance of plum blossoms comes from bitter cold".

刘  利  小学部语文教师

Alisa Liu , Chinese Teacher in Primary School

中小学一级教师，有多年小学语文教学经验，连续四年被评为“优秀班主任”，视导课被评为“优秀课堂”。两年毕业班的成绩一直名列前茅。在教育教学中遵循“爱与尊重是教育的出发点”，全心全意为孩子服务，推崇个性和能力的培养，凭借积累的经验和不断地探索，使学生乐学、爱学。

Alisa Liu, a primary and secondary school teacher, has many years of primary school Chinese teaching experience. She has been awarded "Excellent Homeroom Teacher" for four consecutive years and "Excellent Classroom" for visual guidance. The two-years’ graduation classes have been at the top of the list. She believes in education and teaching; teachers should follow the principle that "Love and respect are the starting point of education". We should serve our children wholeheartedly. She advocates the cultivation of personality and ability, and relies on accumulated experience and constant exploration to make students enjoy learning and love learning.

本次师徒结对活动，不仅为新教师尽快适应教育教学工作、加快专业成长脚步提供了良好的条件，更为小学部的教师们搭建了一个相互切磋、相互学习、共同发展的平台。在师徒的共同努力下，相信青年教师会迅速成长起来，成为学校发展的新兴力量，为学校高质量发展做出应有的贡献！

This “QingLan” Project provides good foundation for new teachers to adapt to teaching and working environment quickly and speed up the pace of professional growth. It also provides a platform for teachers in primary school to learn from each other and develop together. With the joint efforts from both sides, we believe that young teachers will quickly develop and make contributions to the development of the school.
