今年的秋天，对于苏城外来说，注定是一个充满美好回忆的季节。11月6日上午，学校迎来了来自新加坡圣伯特理中学的30名师生来访团。

This autumn is bound to be a season full of beautiful memories for SCFLS. On the morning of November 6, we welcomed a delegation of 30 teachers and students from Singapore St. Patrick School. 

圣伯特里中学成立于1933年，是一所历史悠久的新加坡天主教男子中学，该校以其军乐队而闻名，他们曾在国际上演出并获奖。

Established in 1933, it is a historic Singapore Catholic boys' high school known for its military band, which has performed internationally and won awards.

在踏入校园的一刹那，新加坡的同学们都不禁赞叹道：“好漂亮的学校”！

Once entering the campus, students could not help but praise: "what a beautiful school".

在第一堂书法课程中，同学们从如何握笔开始，再到学习写“福”字，短短一节课的时间，从来没有接触过中国书法的同学们彻底爱上了书法，优秀的作品比比皆是。通过这堂课，同学们也更进一步感受到了中华文化的博大精深。

Students learnt from how to start to hold pen to write "fu" word, and Within only one class, the students were completely in love with Chinese calligraphy, also they learned the extensive and profound meaning of Chinese culture, and the history of calligraphy. 

在课程结束之余，同学们挑战用七大字体书写“爱我中华”，大家都纷纷展示出了自己的作品。

At the end of the class, the students challenge to write "love China" with seven different fonts. students showed their works and took photos with the calligraphy teacher.

书法课结束后，同学们加入到了我们高中部学生的课堂中，在双语数学中，高中国际班的学生向新加坡的小伙伴们展示了自己小组制作的作品。

After the calligraphy class, 30 students from Singapore St. Patrick School joined the class of our high school students. In the bilingual mathematics class, the students from the international class of our high school showed the works made by their group to the students from Singapore.

高中部的英语文学课拉进了两国学生之间的距离，同学们惊喜的发现原来文学老师也是来自新加坡，瞬间彼此都倍感亲切。

The English literature courses in the senior high school have shorten the distance between the students of Singapore St. Patrick School and the students in our school,the students found that the English literature teacher is also from Singapore, instantly, they felt closer and closer. 

在课堂上新加坡的小伙伴们和我校学生共同学习了文学中的人物分析手法，丰富有趣的课堂互动让来自两国的孩子们成为了无话不谈的好朋友。

During class time, they learned the character analysis together with our high school students, interesting interactions in the classroom made the students from the two countries become good friends.

我校高中部校长魏吉平先生和新加坡圣伯特理中学带队老师们亲切交流。

Mr. William Wei, Principal of senior high school, and the head teacher from Singapore St. Patrick School had a cordial exchange.

一节课的时光非常短暂，但是友谊的桥梁已经在不知不觉中搭建了起来。在临走之际，新加坡的同学们为我校高中学生准备了非常可爱的纪念品礼物，并一起合影留念，相信这段回忆会永远珍藏在同学们的心中。

The time was very short, but the bridge of friendship has been built. Before leaving, students from Singapore St. Patrick School in Singapore prepared some lovely souvenirs for our senior high school students and took photos together. I believe this memory will be cherished in the hearts of students forever.

新加坡圣伯特理中学带队老师和我校国际交流中心负责人互相交换礼物，双方就教育理念和培养目标进行了交流。

The teachers of Singapore St. Patrick School and the director of International Exchange Centre exchanged gifts with each other and had an in-depth exchange of educational ideas and training objectives.

苏城外国语学校国际交流中心自成立以来，已多次接待过来自世界各地的国际学校来访团，充分弘扬我校“中国灵魂，国际情怀”的精神，为我校对外交流和国际文化传播奠定了夯实的基础。

Since its establishment, the International Exchange Centre of SCFLS has received a number of visiting delegations from international schools around the world, which has fully carried forward the spirit of "Chinese Identity, International Mindedness" of our school and laid a solid foundation for our foreign exchange and international cultural communication.
