磨砺青春竞授业 精炼靛青胜于蓝 | The Pupil Outdoes The Master

大赛分为初赛和决赛,评选一、二、三等奖。比赛内容分为粉笔字、教学设计、课件制作、课堂教学四项内容。

The competition was divided into preliminary and final rounds, with first, second and third prize being selected. There were four parts in the contest. They were chalk writing competition, teaching design, courseware making and classroom teaching.


本次比赛由各教研组负责,按学科进行,由资深教师担任评委。比赛过程可谓百花齐放,精彩纷呈,课堂充满活力。师者,传道、授业、解惑也,苏城外的教师们,不仅仅满足于此,他们还要精传道,细授业,勤解惑。

This competition was in charge of teaching and research group and senior teachers served as judges. It was a wonderful game and the classroom is full of energy. The teacher, proselytizes instructs dispels doubt also. 



初赛中,各位新老教师同台竞技。一笔一划的整齐板书,熟练优雅的肢体语言,简洁明快的课件制作,精心独到的教案设计,循循善诱、步步深入的课堂引导,令评委老师也经不住叫好。

In the Preliminary contest, all the competitors showed their beautiful handwritings on the blackboard, wonderful PPT designing and unique teaching procedures with their elegant body languages. They led in the topic of this period so fluently that all the judges couldn’t help giving applauds.



语文组的张玲莉老师对文本的解读功力深厚,对内容的宏观把控力强,对造成孔乙己悲剧的深层原因进行了挖掘,课堂教学有深度,很厚重,加工整合也极显功力。

Harley Zhang of Chinese group understood the article very deeply and controlled the steps of the whole period very well. She led students to feel the lead role in the deep heart. She organized the whole lesson perfectly and showed her talents in teaching.



体育组的周丽丹老师,赛课内容为正面双手垫球。教学环节之间过渡自然,她采取循序渐进、自主合作学习的教学方法凸显教学重点,示范动作标准,要领清晰,口令术语化,是一节非常优质的符合国际IB课程理念的示范课!

Lynn Zhou of PE group taught how to hit volleyball in this period. She let students work together and designed cooperation games for them, making the teaching procedures fluent. She made excellent demo actions with professional and clear teaching commands. She showed us a wonderful demo class, which was in line with the IB philosophy.



更为难能可贵的是几位刚入职不久的新教师,表现出了过硬的教学功底,大有青出于蓝而胜于蓝之势。

What is even more valuable is that several new teachers who have just entered the post have shown excellent teaching skills, and there is a tendency that they are going to be better than the senior ones.

经过激烈的初赛,最终进入决赛的有语文组的温娜老师和张玲莉老师;数学组的陈佳伟老师、窦智老师和张赛老师;英语组的张薛圆、陈姗姗老师;政史地组的褚帅老师和体育组的周丽丹老师。

After the fierce preliminary competition, the finalists were Nana Wen and Harley Zhang from the Chinese group, Vicky Chen, Aurora Dou and Elsa Zhang from the Math group, Helena Zhang and Shinning Chen from the English group, Horizon Chu from the Comprehensive group and Lynn Zhou from the PE group.




决赛中,老师们将最强的教学能力崭露无遗,课题的设置更为具体,重难点的把握分寸正好,教学方式新奇而有趣。

In the finals, the teachers showed their strongest teaching ability, set up more specific topics, and accurately handled the difficult points. Teaching methods are new and interesting.

来自数学组的张赛老师,通过四个实际问题用方程来解决,通过小组合作交流,得出一元二次方程的概念,然后用类比的方法得出一元二次方程根的概念,再通过辨析题加深对概念的理解,整个教学过程充分体现学生活动为主体,教师引导为主线,层层递进,在轻松愉悦的环境中获得知识;

Elsa Zhang, the new teacher in maths group, solved four practical issues through questions, which led the class to conclude the concept of linear equation with two unknowns through group cooperation, and found out the concept of root by comparison, then helped the students enhance their comprehension by solving some questions. The whole class focused on the students' learning activities,the teacher guided the students step by step,and let them acquire knowledge in a relaxing way.



英语组的张薛园老师,课程选择和设计都非常有创新精神,通过动画片情节设计由浅入深的而带领学生计入课堂练习,把一节相对比较枯燥的习题课演绎的比较有趣、生动,课堂中生生互动和师生互动环节设计自然流畅,并且能够有效利用小组奖励的机制推动课堂参与度。

Helena Zhnag, the new teacher from English group, had a very creative course design and selection. Students could be led into practice through interesting cartoons instead of boring exercises. The interaction between students and teacher in class was designed naturally and smoothly, and the group reward mechanism could be effectively used to promote class participation.
