This is the second version of the "Practice of basic teaching skills, Practice of confident classroom". The results of the Comprehensive Group’s Teachers Skills Competition with the theme of "Blooming the ‘artist’ colors, advancing by dream" in SCFLS Primary School are freshly released!

从一开始以自信课堂为推进入手的1.0版本,
到以绿色指标反馈情况为抓手、
“合作挑战”为核心的2.0版本落地,
教研团队以“提升教师基本技能”为研究方向,
倾教研组之力,借青年教师成长之势,
全面展示自信课堂2.0风采!
We began the journey with the first version of the competition which aimed at building the confidence among students. Now, we have the second version with the green indicator feedback as the starting point, and the "cooperation challenge" as the core.
The Comprehensive Group took "improving teachers' basic skills" as the research direction. The elegant demeanour of the second version of confident class is fully displayed. To accomplish this aim, all teachers from the Comprehensive Group made joint contributions by taking advantage of their strengths.

23位优秀青年教师进行素质比拼、才艺展示,
经过了“教学情景问答-磨教案—磨课—上微课”
五大步骤的PK,可谓收获满满!
23 outstanding young teachers had quality and talent competitions, and 23 lessons were given within two weeks. All the outstanding teachers went through the five major steps of "Teaching Scenario Q&A-Modifying Lesson Plans-Preparing and Improving Lessons-Having Demo Class".

With the support of all fellow colleagues, we could continuously improve our lessons and our teaching skills at the same time; with the fierce competitions held every time, we could earn ourselves a place in this inclusive and holistic learner community. We strive to perform better than yesterday. On the road to make improvement, our original intention remains unchanged. We are always looking forward to harvest our teaching achievements.
