名字听起来有点严肃，其实很有趣！

At the end of each semester, Soochow Foreign Language School holds three-way conference in the school community, which may sound a little bit serious but it turns out to be fun and educational.

消毒、测温、口罩、健康码……1月25-26日，苏城外国语学校PYP小学“三方会谈”在精准防疫下，各年级分批有序进行。

Disinfection routines, temperature measurement, wearing masks, checking health code……On January 25-26th, the three-way conference in PYP primary school of SCFLS is taking place with precise epidemic prevention.

每个教室里，老师、学生、家长三方围坐侃侃而谈。每组家庭的“畅谈”，老师们用了一个学期时间来精心准备——悉心了解每一位学生的特点、给予学业上针对性的专业支持，力求在会谈中给到孩子和家长最具体的个性化学习建议……

Teachers, students, and parents sit in groups and talk freely in each classroom.To promote better communication, teachers make careful preparations to provide tailor-made support and recommendations for each student based on their learning.

细心的班主任还为每一位学生准备了一本《写话集》，将学生平时的学习内容收录其中，受到了家长的一致好评！

One of the homeroom teachers even made a collection of students work and received recognition from parents.

在交谈中，老师们摒弃了对比和评判的方式，转而以学生为中心，引导他们和老师、父母一起聊聊自己的校园经历、学习心得，以及在苏城外国语学校的收获和反思。

During the meeting, teachers provide opportunities for students to talk about their campus life, achievements and reflections.

家长在这个过程中也充分参与互动评价，形成了针对性的沟通，增强了评价的实效性，对家校合力促进学生发展起到重要的推动作用。

Parents are also involved in the interactions, which promote the development of the learning community.

短短两天时间，苏城外国语学校PYP小学完成了“三方会谈”活动。活动虽已落幕，但在孩子们心中播撒下的“被关注”与“被倾听”的种子，却已悄悄生根发芽。

In the past two days, every student is being valued and listened in the three-way conference of Soochow Foreign Language School.
