12月21日，冬雨绵绵，空气中带着一丝丝冷冽，在苏城外国语学校的学术报告厅里，数百号人济济一堂，一个个青春朝气的面庞上写满了期待。值此岁末之际，苏城外国语学校冬季大型招聘会正式拉开了帷幕。

On December 21, the winter rains lingered with a hint of coldness in the air. In the Lecture Hall of Soochow Foreign Language School, hundreds of people gathered together with expectations for the job fair at the end of the year.

前期，招聘信息经学校官方推出后，吸引了社会各界人士的广泛关注，咨询电话应接不暇。“苏州发布”、“相城区人才网”、“美丽元和”等官方平台鼎力推送，最高点击量已破万。

The published recruitment information attracted wide attention of the society. The promotion on various media platform got over 10,000 clicks.

在学校收到的2536份简历中，经过人力办层层筛选，严格把关，200多名来自全国各地的优秀青年教师脱颖而出，竞聘48个岗位。

应聘人员中，有来自全国各地教学经验丰富的名特优教师，还有毕业于宾夕法尼亚大学、康奈尔大学、纽约大学、爱丁堡大学、香港中文大学、南京大学、东南大学、北京外国语大学、上海外国语大学、南京师范大学、苏州大学等名校的精英人才！

Of the 2,536 resumes received and screened by HR, 200 outstanding young teachers from all over the country stood out to compete for 48 positions.

Among the candidates, there were experienced teachers from all over the country, as well as excellent graduates from famous universities like University of Pennsylvania, Cornell University, New York University, Edinburgh University, Chinese University of Hong Kong, Nanjing University, Southeast University, Beijing Foreign Studies University, Shanghai Foreign Language University, Nanjing Normal University, Soochow University and etc.!

秉持高标准、严要求的理念，本次招聘会由校领导组织牵头，各学部中层骨干成立评审小组，研制考核方案，共设置了学科组笔试、现场试讲、校长面试等多个考核环节，旨在保证公平公正的前提下，对应聘者们的学科知识、专业素养、综合能力等进行全方位的测评，确保每一位应聘者各项能力得到最大程度的发挥。
