Based on the professional business simulation system, the ASDA Business Simulation recreates the real environment and decision-making process of market and company operation, including decision-making, roadshow, business battle and auction. Every year, it gathers more than 400 international schools and top high schools, with over 40,000 elite students participating in this competition.

Every step is the key to success. All financial aspects should be taken into consideration. Because of this, we need to fight, cooperate and collaborate. Though we were quite confused about the whole procedure initially, after a few times of trails, we could eventually fight by ourselves.

Business Battle

知己知彼方能百战百胜

短短两天

从嫩芽飞速成长为参天大树

半夜在电脑前讨论的是我们，午后在白纸上算术的是我们，赛前井然排练的是我们，比赛中有条不紊的是我们，比赛后互相打气的也是我们……

During these two days, we’ve grown a lot. We’ve been making preparations day and night before the competition; we’ve been calm and organised during the competition; we’ve been cheering each other up after the competition.

Reflections from the participating students 

参加商赛的过程中，我们遇到了许多困难，例如，如何让我们的收益最大化？如何与其它公司进行谈判？比赛时是非常紧张的。在最后一轮决策中，我们经过讨论，选择了高成本高价格的商品，显然不负众望，获得了巨大的收益，非常开心。

在这次商赛中，我们小组成员经过几轮的磨合已经非常默契，所以抱着赌一赌的想法，做出了之前因为谨慎不敢做的大胆决策。幸运的是，我们成功了，顺利晋级。

第一次参赛，多少会有一些不成熟，结果是直接导致了公司的亏损。但经过不断调试与磨合，我们最终顺利通过了路演。我们公司在最后的一局营运决策中，放手一搏，做了一次赌注，没想到真的成功了！

这是一个提升自己交流、分析、创造以及团队协作能力的平台。在大家的共同努力之下，我们在auction competition中拿下了第三名的bonus。通过比赛，我学到了如何计划生产和推广自己的产品，还有roadshow方面的知识，希望明年还能作为Saint Pin的CEO和大家一起参赛，争取拿下更好的名次。
