The IB program states that schools and families

In order to create a high-quality education that will make the world a better 

place, Soochow Foreign Language School has 

established a Parent Community College,

 implementing general IB training.

家长、社会、学校要通过家长学院这个交流平台，解决了解（know）、理解(understand)和支持(support)三个问题。

Parents, society, and the school should work together to solve the three problems of knowing, understanding, and supporting through the platform that is given by 

the Parent Community College.
