丹桂飘香，金风送爽，刚刚庆祝完祖国母亲70周年华诞，苏城外国语学校又将有一批绿苗们迈着喜悦的步伐，踏进属于他们的庆典——少先队员入队仪式。

Each year, there is a group of students in SCFLS going through a solemn rite of initiation.

当知晓鲜艳的红领巾是五星红旗的一角，是用革命先烈的鲜血染就而成的时候，我们的心情是复杂的：既悲恸于烈士的牺牲，又深觉己任之重大。

Learned the meaning of the red kerchiefs and a pure, idealistic force for good.

学唱着少先队的队歌：“我们是共产主义接班人，继承革命先辈的光荣传统……”我们心潮澎湃，热血沸腾，无比希望自己成为少先队的一员！

Students learned to sing the Young Pioneers Song together.

铿锵有力的出旗曲中，庄重严肃的入队仪式正式拉开了帷幕。

With the the national anthem played, the ceremony of SCFLS New Young Pioneers was going to start.

抬眼望去，一张张纯真无邪的小脸上，坚定有神的目光中流露出他们对少先队组织的崇敬和向往。

笔挺的站姿、清脆的童声不仅传达出孩子们的喜悦和自豪，更体现出他们加入少先队组织坚定的决心！

Students stood at attention and read the pledge with joy and pride.

“星星火炬，代代相传。”辅导员老师们手中鲜艳的星星火炬旗，不仅指引着少年们的茁壮成长，更凝聚着各位辅导员老师的爱心、耐心、热心和智慧。

Young Pioneer instructors granted our students flags. The development of the Chinese young pioneers is an important source of vitality of the cause of the Party; the healthy growth of young children is the hope of the country and the nation.
