SCFLS心育中心 | 孩子注意力不够集中,怎么办?

许多家长时常反映自己的孩子容易分心,经常做着作业就想着玩手机;有时明明作业不多,却要花很长时间才能做完;做件事情也是“三分钟热度”,一点儿也坐不住。

Many parents often report that their children are easily distracted, and they are always only passionate about doing a thing for a little while.  



如果仔细观察,有明显类似行为并长久持续,很可能不是一般的“马虎”,而是专注力不足。

If you observe carefully, it turns out to be a lack of concentration.



近日,苏城外国语学校邀请到了蓁瑁儿童发展中心,由机构的专家们为我们开展了一场针对解决儿童心理亚健康问题的专业培训。

Recently, SCFLS invited experts from Zhenmao Children Development Center to carry out a professional training for solving children's psychological sub-health problems.



讲座中,培训老师对儿童亚健康的各种问题,做出了深度的讲解。其中,最令老师们感兴趣的就是孩子的专注力问题。

During the lecture, the training teacher made a deep explanation on various problems of children's sub-health. One of the most interesting problems is the concentration of children.


   专注力分5个维度   

Concentration can be divided into five dimensions


专注力强度

intensity

专注力持续度

persistence

离散性专注力

discrete focus

交替性专注力

alternative focus

选择性专注力

selective focus.


每个人都会在专注力的5个维度上有不同的表现。

Everyone has different performances on the five dimensions. 


Lack of concentration is mainly manifested in the following three characteristics. 


以“注意力不集中”为主的特征  

Inattention

儿童常常无法注意细节,在功课或是其它活动中会粗心犯错,很难依照指示完成事情;注意力容易被其他琐事分散;别人跟他说话时,经常表现出没有在听的样子;经常逃避或厌恶需要花费心思的活动或工作等。

Children often fail to pay attention to the details, and their concentration is easily distracted by other unrelated things.


以“过动”为主的特征

Hyperactivity

坐着时经常觉得会局促不安,玩手或玩脚,或是不断扭动身体;而在需要坐着的状况下常常会站起来,或课堂中离开椅子;在家里时常翻箱倒柜,把房间弄得乱七八糟,连睡觉也来回滚动,睡不安稳;有的儿童还有不良的习惯性动作,如眨眼睛、咬指甲等;他们动作虽多,但极不协调,运动水平通常较差。

They often feel restless while sitting, or leave their chairs in class. Rummage around the house. Bad habitual behavior. Exercise level is generally poor.


以“冲动”为主的特征

Impulse

具有冲动行为的儿童常常不等老师说完问题,就抢着说出答案,或生硬地打断别人的谈话;在集体活动中,不能耐心等待。

A curt interruption in a conversation. Can’t wait patiently in group activities.


儿童在听、说、读、写的学习过程中,视觉感官与听觉感官占据了90%以上,可见视觉与听觉的认知处理将会对认知学习成效有多么重要的影响。

During the learning process of a child, vision and hearing play very important roles.

视觉训练游戏

Visual training game

1. 在一篇短文中找出特定符号或指定用字,比方(你)(我)(他),并统计有出现多少次。

2. 在一张复杂的图案中找出指定的对象,比方在不同几何线条如圆形、三角形、正方形、菱形等重迭交错的图形中正确判断出指定的形状各有几个。

3. 在二张类似的图画中找到几个不同的地方;也可以是在二串数字或文字中找出不同的地方。

4. 强化视觉记忆,如将扑克牌数字朝下打散在桌面后玩翻面配对的游戏等都有助于视觉专注力的培养。

1.Find out the particular symbol or word and count how many times they are used in a passage.

2.Find the specified object in a complex pattern.

3.Find the differences between the two similar pictures or words.

4.Enhance visual memory.



听觉训练游戏

Hearing training game

1.在强化听觉记忆方面,可以运用数字或文字倒念的概念,比方你念246,小朋友跟念642;你念黑头发,小朋友跟念发头黑。

2.寻宝游戏,将一发声小玩偶藏在吵杂环境某角落后小朋友去找出来。

3.叙述一则小故事后,让小朋友说出故事内出现哪些指定对象,如什么动物或水果等。

1.Use the concept of number and word backward

2.Treasure hunt

3.After telling a story, ask the child to tell which specified object appeared in the story.



以上是一些提升视、听觉专注力的方法,都是家长在家可以随时操作的,只要持之以恒定能有效提升宝贝的学习能力。

Above are some methods to improve visual and auditory concentration, which can be operated randomly by parents and convenient at home. As long as you keep making efforts, you will effectively improve your baby's learning ability.
