教育要如何紧跟时代步伐、不断发展创新?
如何使青年教师的业务水平、教学水平得到提高,

如何让经验丰富的骨干教师创新教学方法,
使教学质量更上一层楼?
In the new era of rapid change, how to keep pace with the times and continuously innovate education? How to improve the professional skills and teaching levels of young teachers? How to let experienced teachers innovate teaching methods and make teaching quality continuously improve?

“青蓝工程”师徒结对项目,是苏城外国语学校递交的答卷。
“Blue project”, a master-apprentice project, is the answer sheet submitted by Soochow Foreign Language School.

12月28日,苏城外国语学校小学部“青蓝工程”工作总结会议如约举行。
On December 28th, the "Blue Project" wrap-up meeting of the SCFLS Primary was held as scheduled.

总校长李春雷先生常言:“青年教师是学校的宝贵财富。”为使这部分“财富”进一步发光发亮,在本学期青年教师到岗后,小学部率先启动了“青蓝工程”项目。
General principal David Li always says, “Young teachers are the school's precious wealth.” In order to make this “wealth” further shine, the Primary took the lead in launching the “Blue Project” at the beginning of this semester.

项目采用师徒结对的方式,以“能者为师,专者为师”,旨在促进青年教师潜心教育、静心研读,同时充分发挥骨干教师“传、帮、带”的积极作用。
The purpose of the project is to promote young teachers to devote themselves to education and study, and to give full play to the role of key experienced teachers in "passing on, helping and leading".

自“青蓝工程”启动,小学部的教育教学氛围日益浓厚,徒弟们在一次次的磨练中不断成长,在师傅们的指导下开展了两次成长课、一次汇报课,青年教师的基本功得到了很大的提升,距离创建一支精良的教师团队的目标更近了一步。
Since the blue project was launched, the teaching atmosphere in the Primary has been increasingly improved. The apprentices have grown up through trial and error. Under the guidance of the masters, they have conducted two growth classes and one report class. The basic skills of young teachers have been greatly improved, and it is a significant step closer to the goal of building up a group of elite teachers.

“学然后知不足,教然后知困。”总结会议上,优秀师徒代表向我们分享了自己的经验与反思:所得、所失、所疑、所难以及在今后如何实现课堂的创新。
"Learn and then know your limitations. Teach and then know your confusions. " At the wrap-up meeting, outstanding representatives of masters and apprentices shared their experiences and reflections including gains, losses, doubts, difficulties and how to achieve classroom innovation in the future.

青年教师们立足课堂实践,不断总结反思,在知识的掌握和技能的形成中,充分展示自我,体验到探究的快乐。
Based on the classroom practice, young teachers constantly sum up and reflect. During the formation of knowledge and skills, young teachers fully show themselves and experience the joy of inquiry.

学校通过各方面综合考核,评选出了本学期优秀结对师徒,并予以奖励,同时也对本学期未获奖的老师给予鼓励。
The school has not only selected excellent pairs of teachers and apprentices through various comprehensive examinations, and has given awards to them, but appreciate the effort and performance of teachers who have not won awards.

感谢每一对师徒,感谢徒弟们的不辞辛苦和默默坚持,更感谢师傅们这一百多个日夜的不遗余力,正是师傅们的慷慨相授,才让青年教师们绽放自我。
Thank each apprentice for their hard work and persistence. Thank each master for sparing no effort to guide every day and night. It is the masters’ generosity that let the young teachers bloom.

活动最后,师父给徒弟赠字,希望新的一学期能“百尺竿头,更进一步”。
At the end of the activity, masters gave the apprentices written Chinese words as gifts, hoping that everything best for them.

“青蓝工程”师徒结对活动的开展,为青年教师快速成长提供了一个展示平台,也同时也为全体教师提供了一个学习交流的平台,教师们纷纷表示获益匪浅。青年教师们走在踏实、勤勉的成长路上,与师父结伴同行,教育教学之路会越走越精彩,舞台会越来越宽广!
The "Blue Project" has provided a platform for young teachers to show their rapid growth, and also a platform for all teachers to learn and communicate. Young teachers walk on roads of diligence with masters’ companion, which makes their teaching more beautiful and wonderful.
