苏城外国际高中与国际幼儿园招生简章
6月15-16日，国际文凭组织（IB）两位授权访问官Peter McCombe先生和Lulu Ji女士对苏城外国语学校进行了为期两天的线上授权访问。苏州市光华集团总裁许雯女士、学校管理团队、教师团队、家委会和学生代表分别出席了多场访谈和书面问卷工作。
全体学习者社区的每一位利益相关者的坚定信念和令人信服的专业素养赢得了IB官员的信任和肯定。经审核，我校各项标准达到授权条件，IB官员在一周内就发来了授权信。
国际文凭组织（International Baccalaureate Organization)简称IB，创建于1968年，为全球学生开设从幼儿园到大学预科的课程。作为国际教育的领跑者，IB为3-19岁学生提供智力、情感、个人发展、社会技能等方面的教育，使学生获得学习、工作以及生存于世的各项能力。
短短两年时间内，苏城外国语学校已成为DP项目正式授权学校、剑桥国际课程认证的剑桥国际学校、IFD大学预科课程成员学校，学校还和加拿大尼亚加拉天主教区教育局合作开设“2+1”高中双文凭课程。

Sino-Canadian High School Dual Diploma Programme
中加高中双文凭课程是苏城外国语学校和加拿大尼亚加拉天主教学区教育局联合提供的融合课程。课程采用“2+1” 或“3+1”模式，学生高三年级在美加合作高中学习一年。学生完成中、外课程后可直接申请美国、加拿大等国家和地区一流大学。学校为学有余力的学生提供AP选修课程，为学生冲刺美国名校锦上添花。
Sino-Canadian High School Dual Diploma Programme is an Integrated programme co-developed by SCFLS and Niagara Catholic School Board. It is so designed to prepare students for leading universities in North America and around the world after the first two or three years’ study in our school and the last year in the partner schools. The programme also offers AP optional courses for students excellent in academic performance to make them more competitive in university application.
苏城外国语学校国际幼儿园开设全人班和全纳班两个班型。两种班型均以PYP课程为框架，浸入式双语探究教学为模式，同时开设特色单科教学和SATS课程，致力于培养兼具中国灵魂和国际情怀的世界小公民。
EYP是国际文凭组织PYP小学项目的一个分支，主要为3-6岁幼儿在超学科框架下的学习提供各种真实的机会，关注那些至关重要的发展能力。EYP项目作为幼儿园主导课程，倡导以幼儿为主体，以生活为教材，以探究为主要学习方式，以中英文双语作为教学语言，关注每一位幼儿的康乐和社群交往能力，致力于为每位幼儿提供量身定制最适合的教育。
EYP项目的核心特征是由玩耍/游戏、关系、学习空间以及符号探索与表示组成。玩耍/游戏是幼儿时期开展探究的首要动力，为探究重要概念和个人兴趣提供各种机会。通过玩耍，幼儿发展学习方法，并与关键的发展领域建立联系，从而使幼儿具有能动性。
2019年2月，苏城外国语学校国际幼儿园正式获得了IBPYP项目候选学校资格，预计2020年10月迎来正式授权访问。
Kindergarten Admissions Plan
招生对象：托班出生日期在2017年9月1日—2018年2月28日之间；小班出生日期在2016年9月1日—2017年8月31日之间
Targets: Pre-K children who were born between 1 September 2017 and 28 February 2018; K-1 children who were born between 1 September 2016 and 31 August 2017.
